If you live in the Riverbend and Terwillegar area you cannot find a better barber than Monarch. I’ve been going here for several years and will never switch. Billy does great work for his clients- which is always a sharp clean haircut. Not only will you get a good haircut but a great conversation. Billy is friendly, professional, clearly takes a ton of pride in his craft and makes it his goal to deliver quality haircuts while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment.

Stumbled into Bill’s little Barbershop - Monarch Barber shop - Riverbend Square/Edmonton on Oct 30th. Bill was super friendly, precision in his techniques of cutting, worked quickly but superbly. My experience with most of the new Men’s Barbershops/shave salons is most of the staff are trained from within their own shop, so it was great to have a really well trained seasoned Barber/stylist cut my Hair!! Thanks Bill🙏

Billy has been my barber for almost a decade now. He always accommodate me everytime I call him and make sure that I have a spot even when he was fully booked. He already knows what’s the best cut for me and always has a big smile on my face as I am very happy and contented upon leaving the shop.!🙂
